March Info Meeting

March 24th, 7:30 PM at Lila Centre.

This meeting is an opportunity for new and potential members to meet the farmers and get more information about Root Radical CSA. Everyone welcome.

June and July Workbees

We hold three workbees during one of the busiest times in the growing season in order to help us keep up with the weeds and provide you with an opportunity to visit the garden and make an essential contribution to the CSA.

Our 2010 work bee dates will be:

Wednesday, June 16th, 6 PM to dusk
Saturday, June 26th, 9:00 AM to noon
Wednesday, July 7th, 6 PM to dusk

September Harvest Celebration

Sunday, September 12, 2010 1 to 4 PM

This event is a chance for all members and friends to visit the farm and celebrate the harvest season's abundance. We do garden tours, have activities for the kids and share snacks featuring seasonal vegetables.

General Timelines

Our season starts in early June and runs to the end of October. The CSA is divided into two distribution groups for pick up -- Tuesday and Friday evenings.
